Pro Sport Invest in Selection Process of Euronext Paying Agent and Broker

Triesen, March 12, 2015: Pro Sport Invest AG announced today that it has started the technical part of the Pro Sport Invest AG listing on Euronext, the biggest stock exchange in Continental Europe. Pro Sport Invest AG is currently undergoing the selection process of a suitable paying agent and broker that assure smooth clearing, settlement and trading of Pro Sport Invest shares once listed on Euronext.

The paying agent is responsible for the clearing and settlement of the Pro Sport Invest shares. The broker takes care of the first auction of the Pro Sport Invest stock trading that enables the trading activation of the Pro Sport Invest shares for most banks and online-brokers in Europe. Part of the selection process is a due diligence performed on Pro Sport Invest's management and business process. Led by New York-based The Maestro Group as its Going Public Advisor and Munich-based Capital For Markets GmbH as its Listing Sponsor, Pro Sport Invest AG is scheduled to be listed on Euronext Marche Libre in Paris in April 2015.
